Olga’s striking cross motifs make it easy for anyone to add a dose of pattern to their wardrobe without going completely down the rabbit hole. Soumak is a carpet weaving technique that creates areas of colour and leaves threads loose on the reverse. Maybe you can leave a few ends out (just this once) in honour of these gauntlets’ namesake.
